These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://rilavere.com and purchases from Rilavere. The Site is operated by Hong Kong Zhiwei Trading Co., Limited. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the Site.
1. Site Use
You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse Site content, submit fraudulent information, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
2. Intellectual Property
Site content, including product photographs, artwork presentations, text, graphics, branding, layouts, videos, and process descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Rilavere or Hong Kong Zhiwei Trading Co., Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission, except where applicable law allows.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, including dimensions, materials, colors, availability, and descriptions. Our dimensional products use a 3mm tempered-glass substrate, UV-cured color ink, clear UV varnish used to form the raised surface, and wood framing where shown in the applicable product listing.
Device displays, lighting, photography, and viewing angle can affect the appearance of colors and surface details. Digital images and video cannot fully reproduce the physical depth, gloss, texture, or light response of the product. Product-specific information on the applicable product page controls if it differs from general Site descriptions.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Products are manufactured after an order is placed. Availability and production depend on the selected product, size, materials, production capability, and information shown at checkout or on the product page.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice, but an accepted order is charged at the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and fees are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us
Submitting an order does not require us to accept an order that we reasonably believe involves fraud, an obvious pricing or technical error, an unavailable production option, a prohibited destination, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Made-to-order processing, shipping estimates, customs responsibility, tracking, returns, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.
8. Glass Product Safety and Use
Our products contain glass and are intended as home-decor items. Handle products carefully and follow product-specific display, hanging, installation, and care instructions. Use appropriate mounting hardware and installation methods for the product, wall, window, or display location. Damage or injury caused by dropping, improper installation, misuse, unsuitable hardware, or a household accident may not qualify for a return or refund.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-Party Services
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social-media services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Hong Kong Zhiwei Trading Co., Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.
These Terms do not limit statutory warranties, remedies, consumer rights, or other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of the country or region where they live.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
